Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and Cloudflare R2 (video storage). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

Swing videos you upload are stored securely in Cloudflare R2. Videos are private by default and only accessible to you. You can delete your videos at any time from within the app.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Anthropic) necessary to operate the Service, or when required by law.

AI Golf Pro provides AI-powered golf coaching, swing analysis, performance tracking, and fitness planning. Coaching is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional sports instruction.

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or reverse engineer the App.

5. AI Coaching Disclaimer

AI coaching provided by Ace is generated by artificial intelligence for informational purposes only. It does not replace instruction from a qualified PGA professional. AI Golf Pro is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from following AI-generated advice.

6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Fitness plans and exercises are for general informational purposes. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.

7. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions through your device's app store account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all content are owned by AI Golf Pro and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without express written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
